How It Works

Creating a poll with Rallly is straightforward. Head to app.rallly.co and start a new poll. You'll be asked for a few details about your event—just give it a title, maybe a quick description, and move on to date selection.

You can view the calendar in Month or Week mode to pick your potential meeting slots. Rallly handles automatic time zone conversion so each participant sees the times in their local zone—perfect for distributed teams. Prefer everyone to see the same times regardless of where they are? That’s possible too, with one simple toggle.

Once you're happy with the dates, click Create Poll. You'll get a shareable invite link that you can send out. As participants respond, you’ll get a clear picture of the best meeting time.
